Vietnamese players Nguyen Phuc Long, L uo ng Chi Dung and Lim Leng on Sunday left for the 2011 World 10-ball Pool Championship taking place in the Philippines from May 10-15.
The event has attracted 128 players from around the world, competing in two rounds. In the first round, they compete in 16 groups of eight. And 64 players will advance to the next round.
In 2009, five Vietnamese players Nguyen Anh Tuan, Luong Chi Deng, Do Hoang Quan, Pham Tien Dung and Luu Minh Phuc competed at the event. Only Nguyen Anh Tuan could make the last 32.
